Walnut Ranch Animal Park

Come meet all our lovely animal friends at Walnut Ranch. They love to be fed and cuddled! Feed the chickens, cuddle a rabbit, chat with the birds, check out the llamas, pat the ponies, feed our miniature Angus Cow and many other friendly animals to meet.

Price: $6 per person for all adults and children (under 1 year olds free). 
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Riding Lessons on the Ranch

If you are beginner or been riding horses for a while, we provide lessons for all ages and abilities. We ride in our arenas where the skills of riding are mastered in a safe and controlled environment. You will learn a range of horsemanship skills from riding to care of the horse and tack. Once you are confident, lessons are taken out around the farm.

If your goal is learning dressage or jumping, trekking around the beautiful Marlborough countryside, or learning skills to gain confidence on our horses or yours - we can make your dreams come true.  

Please note that our horses are small to medium size, so we have a weight limit of 100kg for riders.
